1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:
✔️ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
✔️ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

► Custom or personalized products
► Items purchased on sale or clearance
► Used or damaged items (not due to transit issues)


2. How to Initiate a Return?


To request a return, follow these steps:

► Order number
► Clear images of the product showing the issue
► A brief description of the problem


📦 Once approved, we will share the return shipping details. Customers may be required to cover return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refund Process


💳 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
✅ Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
🚚 If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations


🚫 Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this, processing begins, and cancellations are not possible.

5. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

► Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
